names Carl, im 26 and from the UK.
been looking forward to EQC since i 1st heard about it some time ago, then when i spotted a guild aiming for EU players, i knew that was where i had to go ^^
played EQ from when it was released up until about PoP release. 1st class was a paladin, then a rogue, and finally a beastlord when Luclin hit. really miss that class. it was my 1st mmo, so starting off was slow, by the time Velious hit i was doing alot of raiding.
im a pretty aggressive mmo gamer. by that i mean if theres an item i want, im gonna get it no matter how long it takes to solo camp it ^^ also been known to take long stints of gameplay where i'll try to burn through levels as fast as i can.
when it comes down to it at the end of the day though, i know mmo's are about making friends and interacting with other people. so anytime someone needs help with anything, whever its grouping for exp, killing a named mob, or even just a question i know i can answer from experience, i'll always be one of the 1st to lend a hand.
recently been trying to get my gf interested in trying EQC out when it hits, and while she seems semi optimistic atm, she didnt really get into mmo's until WoW. so it will all come down to how she feels about the game while she's playing it. that being said, if she does stick to it, i'll be playing a Mage. if its not her thing, then i'll likely be playing a Necro.
