Combine the following in a forge!
On Fail it returns the Rusty Weapon
Sharpening Stones are 3 copper, and can be found at these merchants. http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_item.php?item=2016
These Rusty Weapons are found all over Norrath or sometimes on your local merchant!

Trivial 18:
Rusty Dagger + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Dagger

Trivial 19:
Rusty Shorten Spear + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Shorten Spear
Rusty Mining Pick + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Mining Pick

Trivial 20:
Rusty Rapier + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Rapier
Rusty Shortsword + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Shortsword
Rusty Warhammer + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Warhammer

Trivial 21:
Rusty Mace + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Mace
Rusty Spear + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Spear

Trivial 22:
Rusty Axe + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Axe
Rusty Broadsword + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Broadsword

Trivial 23:
Rusty Longsword + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Longsword
Rusty Scimitar + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Scimitar
Rusty Fer`Esh + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Fer`Esh

Trivial 24:
Rusty Battle Axe + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Battle Axe
Rusty Morning Star + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Morning Star
Rusty Bastard Sword + Sharpening Stone = Tarnished Bastard Sword

Small Piece of Ore
All these combines require a FORGE!

Trivial: 21
(Any Tarnished Weapon Trivial 22 and down including Tarnished Scythe) + Water Flask = Small Piece of Ore
Yield: 1
If it is Scythe, Mining Pick, or Spear it Yields: 2

Trivial: 27
Small Brick of Ore + Smithing Chisel = Small Piece of Ore
Yield: 2
On Return or Failure: Smithing Chisel

Small Brick of Ore
Now that you have your tarnish weapon you can either sell it to a merchant or turn it into a 'Small Brick of Ore'!

Trivial 21:
Any Tarnished Weapon Trivial 23 and up + Water Flash = Small Brick of Ore
(Includes Tarnished Mace, but not Tarnished Scythe.)
Yield: 1
On Fail: Does Not Return Anything.

(Tarnishd Two Handed Sword will give you a Large Brick of Ore.)

Trivial: 27
Small Piece of Ore (3) + Water Flask = Small Brick of Ore
Yield: 1
On Fail: Does Not Return Anything.

Large Brick of Ore + Smithing Chisel = Small Brick of Ore
Yield: 2
Returns: Smithing Chisel
On Failure Returns: Smithing Chisel

Trivial: 31
Small Brick of Ore (2) + Water Flask = Sheet Metal
Yield: 1
On Failure: Returns Nothing
